Dear customer,

We wish to make sure that you love our products. All our clothes are crafted after you have purchased them. We offer you a tailoring service for all our garments, according to your individual measurements and height, no extra charge. We highly recommend to check our size chart before ordering:

If you are between sizes and wish to sew a garment under your measurements or you would like some style advice choosing the best clothing models for your type of body, please contact via email: dovegress@gmail.com or contact form: https://dovegress.com/pages/contact

If you have ordered the wrong size or decided the items do not fit you perfectly, we offer a free tailoring service or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

In exchanging process the products must not be damaged, soiled (no deodorant or make-up stains), washed, altered, or worn (other than trying them on) and that any original labels or tags are must still be attached to the product. Please kindly note that products which do not meet these conditions will be exchanged and return shipping costs will be on your expenses.

We do not offer a free return service at the moment. All return shipping costs are at your expense. Original shipping charges, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable.

We do not accept returns from outside the EU.
